We specialise in the development of software products to assist schools with their administrative burden - principally relating to finance. These are collectively referred to as The Premier Suite.

The new Forums and Downloads sections are now available, but you have to be a registered user to gain access. Apply for an account and download resources or join in the latest discussions about all the software modules - enhancements, new features, and life in general.

Most Recent Builds: Premier Finance 96, Salary Manager 13, Inventory 13, Voluntary Funds 20, SuperMan 13.  For news of latest developments see the 'Enhancements' section in the Forum.

Voluntary Funds (build 20) was sent out by email to all schools on 19/04/10. If you've not yet installed this update you'll see a message telling you that the licence has now expired. This will disappear once you have installed the new update. Please get in touch if you're unable to process the update for any reason.

Salary Manager We're currently implementing a brand new option - the Payments Centre. This covers all the functionality of the 'Check Payments Recorded' option but with a host of enhancements and much greater flexilbility. It will be included in build 14 which is currently on trial and will be available on general release soon.

Inventory
Current users may now see the 'Licence has expired . . . ' message.  An update was sent out by email on 20/04/10 which will clear this. Please get in touch if you have any queries.

Dorset
New updates to Premier Finance (build D 94) and Superman (build 13) have now been released. The CPD catalogue for use within Premier Finance is also now available. PF - build 94 contains updates to the Supplier data and will automatically bring your system into line with recent amendments to the County DES system.

Herefordshire
Premier Finance schools should now be using build H.91.  This includes the addition of an eMail facility for WMS orders. Those making use of Automatic Reconciliation by file transfer will need (and will shortly receive) build H.95. There was a demonstration of Voluntary Fund and Inventory programs in Hereford on June 16th and the response to both programs was very enthusiastic. Please contact us, or the LMS & Finance support team in Hereford if you'd like further details.

Worcestershire
Build W.96 of Premier Finance has just been released and will be distributed to schools very shortly. This contains a number of fixes and enhancements. You'll need this new build in order to process AutoRec files from April 2010.  IBSS have details of training courses and updates for Inventory (build 13). Please check with them if you're interested.  Updates to  Voluntary Fund, Inventory and Premier Finance have been distributed via IBSS.

Essex
Premier Finance schools have now been issued with build E.95.  New releases of Voluntary Funds (20), Inventory (13) and Superman (12) have been sent out to existing users. All other schools are invited to ask for details of upgrades or new installations.

ANTIGUA & BARBUDA

We have recently introduced software to the Ministry of Education and to schools in Antigua and Barbuda. We've now returned from a successful week of training on Voluntary Funds and Inventory there (well someone's got to do it!).  Even better -  we shall return in August to continue work on this project - which is planned to extend to other parts of the Caribbean.
